New Physio Led Riders Training starting on 5th March 2020!

This is our new Physio Led Rider Training class beginning on Thursday 5th March 2020. This introductory 4 week block will cover 4 different areas of focus - rider symmetry, strength and balance, cardio, stretch and relaxation. Click here to book your place

New Barre Pilates classes starting on 4th March 2020!

Our new Barre Pilates class is starting at Kintore on Wednesday, 4th March 2020 at 9.10am. The class combines the key elements of ballet technique and Pilates to help sculpt and tone the entire body, whilst also improving posture. 3/4 of the class is spent standing at the barre and 1/4 of the class is spent on floor work. The class is for 1 hour class, is done to music, and will give you an overall body workout. Suitable for all - no previous Pilates or ballet knowledge required. This class is not recommended if you are currently experiencing hip, knee or ankle problems.   Click here to book your place

Joint Replacement Classes

Our Joint Replacement Class on a Wednesday afternoon from 1.30pm - 2.30pm is now up and running!  The class is for patient's pre or post knee/hip replacement.  If you are interested in joining our class, please contact us to book your space.
