Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In light of the recent changes that have been recommended by the Scottish Government to help minimise the impact of Coronovirus spread we wanted to reinforce some of the changes that we have made at ICPC to ensure everyones safety as a number 1 priority.
  1.  We have robust Infection Control & Health & Saftey Policies in place, that we abide to on a daily basis e.g. hand washing, washing down of beds and equipment. This is STANDARD PRACTICE that we advocate at all times.
  2. Follow the current guidance from the Government/NHS only
  3. On entering and leaving clinic please ensure that you wash your hands in accordance with basic hand hygiene rules…/healthy-b…/best-way-to-wash-your-hands/
  4. If you have flu like symptoms, please be sensible and stay at home to minimise the spread
  5. Classes have all been asked to bring their own mats and gymballs to minimise cross contamination of multiple use
  6. Should you have no mat at home there will be mats available but please help us by wiping them down before and after use with antibacterial wipes that are supplied in our classes.
  7. We remain open to help you manage the conditions that you normally come to see us about. We can be contacted on 01467 633444 for appointments or you can book online at
  8. If patients have any specific concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your practitioner by email in the first instance and they will be able to answer your questions. We greatly appreciate our clients and hope that you understand we are in a highly unusual period that will change quickly. So please be patient with us during this time, but we are dedicated to delivering our usual standard of high quality care throughout. Regards ICPC
