Neurological Physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy that specialises in the treatment and management of people who have a neurological condition resulting from a defect or injury to their brain, spinal cord or nerves.
Damage to the nervous system can lead to physical symptoms such as: weakness, stiffness, spasms, loss of co-ordination, tremor, pain, altered sensation, fatigue, altered posture, difficulties with activities of daily living, walking and balance.
