Due to the continued success of the Mindfulness classes, Angela will be running Part 1 of her MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) course on a Saturday morning on the 7th, 14th 21st and 28th of September from 10 to 12.30.
If you book prior to the 13th July 2019 the Early Bird Cost will be £130 increasing to £150 for later bookings. You will also receive a variety of Mindfulness Meditation recordings to support your learning and a Mindfulness Workbook worth £10 for early bird bookings only.

Living with Less Stress - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course Part 1
Would you like to feel less stressed, improve relationships, slow down and rest, explore mindful meditation, feel calmer, become more creative and have a new perspective on how you deal with stress? Cultivating mindfulness can help us reduce the negative physiological and psychological effects of stress reactivity, as well as helping us to develop more effective ways of responding positively and proactively to stressful situations and experiences.

Our postnatal pilates classes are on Wednesdays 1-2 pm. Babies are welcome to come along until crawling stage.
