Please take your membership number and authorisation code with you to your initial appointment. We recommend that you check the conditions of your Health Insurance policy, as most policies require pre-authorisation prior to the appointment, and many will require a voluntary excess which is payable by the patient. The Clinic cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims.
Receipts can be provided for patients who wish to claim back costs from their Health Insurance providers.
